Our service
Jones Bookkeeping Plus provides tax preparation service and related information and communication support. Website content is general business information and does not by itself create a tax-preparation engagement, professional relationship, or guarantee of a particular tax result. Any engagement, scope, documents, fees, and deadlines will be confirmed separately.
Client information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to avoid sending sensitive personal or tax documents through an unsecured channel unless the business specifically directs you to do so. You remain responsible for reviewing information submitted for preparation and for meeting applicable deadlines.
Website and communications
The LeadConnector chat widget is the website's communication and opt-in channel. By submitting the widget, you authorize Jones Bookkeeping Plus to text or call the number you provide for informational or transactional messages, possibly using automated means. A separate checkbox authorizes promotional messages. You may select either checkbox or both. Each checkbox represents a separate consent, and promotional consent is optional and is not required to request tax preparation service.

Jones Bookkeeping Plus does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the communication channel to send spam, abusive content, or malicious code.
Intellectual property
